Our heroes board the Grim Reaper Railroad into a fantastical Halloween realm where they encounter real monsters, flying brooms and magic fairies, all in a quest to reach the Goblin King's castle to retrieve the Goblin Scepter, with help from their new friends.

Get ready for the ride of your afterlives as you stay tuned for this monstrous, music-filled Halloween adventure!

It's up to Truffles and a cast of other monsterponies to challenge the stars that are in favor for a phantom thief, predestined to forever be uncatchable.

This is a story similar to one you may see with 'hard-boiled' detectives, but it's meant to be a lot more lighthearted and humorous. It's a sequel, but first timers just need to know three things...

1. The world is filled with monster ponies (of various degrees).
2. The main character is a Mushroom Mare detective with poor facial muscles.
3. Keeping an open mind is the key to solving cases.

This story will be in first person (kinda), but be prepared for inner-monologues that speak in past tense. It's recommended to take your time at reading this story instead of listening to it through some text-to-audio program, especially for this entry of SHMM as there are visual cues that indicate speakers.

An unentered entry originally intended for the '3rd Monster Mare Story Contest (Mythical Creatures)', this is now a completed story being entered into the 'The Whodunnit? Youdunnit! Contest'. The prior contest gave me 8.5k words as its limit while this new one gave 20k words as its limit, so I split the difference (rounding down) and gave this story a 14k word limit... no, this bit of info has no importance.

Often muttering to himself, or jotting things down in a notebook he always carries with him. Applejack thinks it might be sleep-deprivation, but he can't shake the feeling that something else is going on. Ash seems to be working on some kind of project, which he calls "The Midland Experiment", but refuses to say anything else about it. Frustrated by his coltfriend's strange behavior, and obsession with his so-called "project", Applejack decides to go to the scrapyard late one afternoon to finally see for himself what's really going on, and when he sees it, all he can do is scream

I experimented quite a bit with narrative in this story, specifically in using different narrative voices depending upon the perspective. I'll leave it up to the readers if I pulled this off effectively.

Axis Stone is faced with a horrible situation after his best friend passed away: the part where he has to move on accepting what happened to her; the healing. But it doesn't go so well.

It was quiet around his home now. He'd always have Lana wake him for breakfast and go for a quick jog around Ponyville after, but those days were over. How they'd lay next to one another reading a book or playing games, but Axis had stopped reading and the games he and Lana played had begun to gather dust.

Axis Stone knew his friends, the Mane Six, would always be there for him, but none of them were how close he was with Lana. Well, except for one. Maybe even more so.

In an effort to be rid of the constant grief plaguing his ailing heart, Axis gathered what little energy he had left and decides to take a trot around Ponyville, like he and Lana used to do.

Unfortunately, it was going to rain by the time he'd leave, but Axis Stone welcomed it; the rain was fitting.

While Rarity was working on a new dress, a Pony ransacked her inspiration room and stolen only a Shadow Spade manuscript. Desperate to find the suspect before another pony reads it, she begins an investigation in Ponyville.

This fight will be a great one and Raven knows she'll be outnumbered. But who said she'll be fighting this war alone.

This story is a combination between his story and mine fuse together. So, basically, it's a cross-over.

On every full moon once a pony is chosen to be an upcoming princess of Equestria.
