"You will be reborn as Lord X in a land of friendship. Be sure to have fun."

"What? What are you talking about? You said you would tell my fortu-" and then I was enveloped by darkness. It was awhile before I realized that I'm still conscious in this void. I wasn't sure how long but I do know it was awhile. Then finally I awaken in a dark forest. But I can't move. It feels like I'm exhausted but I'm immediately hit with the urge to fight or destroy something. I manage to quell the urge by thinking of something else. I decided to try and sleep so I can recover.

Then I wake up again in a dream world. I think its a dream world because I feel exhausted still but I'm able to move. Also cause I woke up somewhere else. Seems like a small town with ponies walking everywhere. I let out a light drawn out laugh. If this is a dream world, then nothing I do matters. I can satiate my destructive urges.

Twilight heard a creepy laugh eco throughout the dream world and went outside. All of her friends were already out there waiting. "We are having another shared dream. Something must be wrong. I think It's connected to that creepy laugh we heard."

"Doesn't matter! No matter what it may be, we'll kick their flank!" Rainbow Dash said proudly.

"Princess Twilight." All the ponies looked towards the voice to see Luna and Celestia floating down.

"Hello Twilight." Celestia said as she landed.

"Ah! Hello Princess Celestia. Is something going on?"

"Yes twilight. Something horrib-"

Just then a building exploded in red and black mist. A strange figure was standing at its remains. They emanated a an enormous amount of evil and corrupted energy. They let out the same creepy laugh that was heard before.

"That. That being has been born into our world." Luna said. The being looked towards them and they shivered in fear by its appearance.

"Hello everyone." It said in a low and staticky voice. "I'm Lord X. Please do provide me with entertainment." He said with another laugh as he dashed through another building destroying it.

"We have to find this things weakness because it will probably attack everything and everypony once it wakes up. Don't worry about dying here, It won't affect you other than waking you up."

"I-its that serious?" Starlight asked. Just then a pony screamed out as Lord X had impaled them with his hand. He threw the lifeless body to the floor as blood pooled around and formed a giant circle around another group of ponies. They floated into the air and fell back to the ground lifeless.

"Perfect. I can regain some soul energy. I feel more energized now."

"Worry not everypony. Those ponies he "killed" are alive and awake. Now everypony, we must band together to defea-"

Just then Lord X got in her face. "Defeat me? All of you combined couldn't even dream of beating me." He laughed and his red eyes locked onto hers. "Well entertain me for as long as you can. Try not to die." Celestia gets uppercut into the air and X teleports to intercept her, then wheel kicks her back into the floor. "Pathetic! AHAHA!" He picks her up by the mane and she lets out a groan as she's lifted. "Your soul will fuel me for quite awhile." His hand went to her heart and started digging in as Celestia screamed out in pain. Rainbow Dash had done a flying kick that knocked him away. He skidded and made a crater in the ground.

"Gotcha punk."

"Not really." X said as he rose up. "Just... Surprised me." the cross on X was bleeding a little. "Ah. Guess this body is still weak. Wish I could have been reborn with some soul power. Speaking of" X suddenly reappeared with his hand on Rainbows face and proceeded to crush her head. "Man you guys are not good at fighting. It's still fun nonetheless."

All the unicorns, and alicorns banded together to combine their magic and shot it at X. The magic struck him hard and made an explosion that kicked up dirt. "I think we found his weakness. Magic." Luna said. "Ok, in the morning we'll gather tog-" A black beam went through the air severing multiple ponies heads including lunas.

"My my my. That hurt huh?" X looked beat up as the dust cleared. The only ponies left stand were Twilight and Starlight but starlight teleported away. "Just me and you huh?"

"You won't beat me. This is the dream world! You only managed to beat us because you caught us off guard." Twilight said.

"That may be so but..." He ran his hand through Celestias heart. "Every soul I harvest makes me stronger. I got so many tonight. Since this is the dream world, I can do whatever I want right? Even make myself stronger." Twilight shivered when she realized that she gave him information. X laughed lightly. "Don't worry. If I made myself stronger off the bat, this wouldn't be any fun." Twilight gasped for air as she got punched in the chest and went flying backwards. X then used the momentum that twilight had and kicked her in the back as she flew. A sickening crack echoed as X broke her spine with that kick.

Starlight was huffing and gasping. She prayed that she got far enough.

"Found you." X said darkly. "You can't run from me you know. I commend you though." He said with a shrug. "Now then. DIE!" Starlight screamed in terror as Xs fist approached her.

Starlight woke up to birds singing. Everypony was awake and physically unharmed. But phycologically hurt from what happened in the dream world. Twilight immediately gathered her friends to go see the princesses and talk about what to do.

I woke up back in the spot I was before. I felt refreshed and renewed. Its cool that I was able to get some energy from fake souls. But what was weird was how the ponies reacted like the dream was real and not... well a dream. Whatever. I've quelled my destructive urges so I'm going to explore this new world.
